Connecting individuals to support professional growth

We believe having a mentor can be one of the most powerful developmental relationships a person will ever experience, fostering confidence, clarity and connection.
A facilitated mentoring programme, with mentor and mentee training, continuing professional development and supervision.
What is Global Mentor Connect?
This developmental mentoring programme supports both mentors and mentees to build two-way learning relationships, where both partners benefit and grow. Through mentoring, we help build trusted, collaborative relationships that drive change, at the individual, organisational and systemic level.
The mentoring relationship is mentee-led: the mentee sets their own agenda and identifies the issues they want to explore, while the mentor creates a supportive, reflective space to help them think through challenges and opportunities.
Delivered fully online, the programme offers accessibility across time zones
