A women-led global learning community-created by women to support each other through networking, peer-to-peer support, mentoring, development and shared reflection.

Our Story and Why This Matters
Global Connect grew from over two decades of work by Coach Mentoring Ltd. at the intersection of coaching, mentoring, and social change. We have always believed that coaching and mentoring are among the most powerful ways to help people navigate complexity, lead through uncertainty, and realise what is possible – for themselves, their organisations, and their communities.
