Our Story and Why This Matters
Global Connect grew from over two decades of work by Coach Mentoring Ltd. at the intersection of coaching, mentoring, and social change. We have always believed that coaching and mentoring are among the most powerful ways to help people navigate complexity, lead through uncertainty, and realise what is possible – for themselves, their organisations, and their communities.
Since 2015 we have supported over 1000 people in the humanitarian, aid and development sectors as part of our social impact agenda.
